Premium Animated Profile Pictures Telegram’s core functionality is the same as most other messaging apps: You can message other Telegram users, create group conversations, call contacts, make video calls, and send files and stickers. However, there are a few specific features that make it work differently from other chat apps. One of the things that I love about Telegram is that the service gives me an easy way to change my phone number attached to my account without making me lose all my previous chats. To schedule and send silent messages, users can simply type out their messages, but long tap on the send button instead of simply pressing it. Personally, I prefer the scheduling option, however, you can use the one you like.
